Kevin is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. As Vice President of Enrollment Management, he is dedicated to helping jumpstart the future careers of our nation’s adult education population. Kevin oversees support services for both our current and prospective students.

Lana Ochilien studied Business and Marketing at Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma. After earning her BBA, she went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and then continued working toward her MBA, also at Cameron. Lana is originally from Castries, St. Lucia, where she worked for the General Manager and CEO of the National Lotteries Authority for many years. As SHCOHS Admissions Advisor, Lana focuses her experience and education on helping connect students to our career high school program.

Zandra's background in online education dates back to 1999 when she joined Smart Horizons Career Online High School's parent company, Advanced Systems Technology, Inc., to start the first phase of digitizing FBI Bomb Data documents. Currently, Zandra trains  employees in the use of learning management system (LMS) tools, ensuring that our students' data is accurate and secure.

"I have had many user experiences, both good and bad. I use the lessons learned from these experiences to produce a positive and successful online learning experience for our students. I ensure that our staff members have the components they need to operate our schools successfully. I don’t want any student to ever feel as if he or she is on their own in the world of online learning."

Bill Hart is our dedicated technical support representative. He earned his Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certificate in 2003, and has worked in the field of technical support for nearly 10 years. Before joining NFCC Career High School, Bill provided customer technical support for an Internet service provider. In 2004, he participated in the network upgrade at the Naval Station in Panama City, Florida.
